We come from Hessen and have never seen anything like it! The service was very friendly, extremely attentive, remarkably well organized and fast - we couldn't help but be amazed. Allocate space, bring the menu, take orders ... everything is fine! The drinks came very quickly, 5 minutes after the meal was ordered, the salad plate came to the table. The food is home-style but of excellent quality. Reassuring: "If the steak from the cooking point (ordered: English) does not fit, no problem - we put it on again" It came fried to the point. Tender the meat - perfectly seasoned and fried! The amount more than plentiful! Pack leftovers and take them with you - no problem. The final hit was the espresso with vanilla ice cream. The only point of criticism - the alcohol-free beer (Löwenbräu) fell through in terms of taste with our spoiled palate, who is used to more hopped alcohol-free pils. But that is probably a matter of taste. Conclusion: more than recommendable - we would love to come back!

Great inn. We were guests for 6 days. On Sunday, September 13th, approx. 36 people a celebration on the occasion of a baptism. Lunch according to the menu. The food couldn't be topped. My roast Burgundy is looking for its equal. Salad, mushroom soup was also the BEST. When you are around, a visit is a must. Behind the inn there is a large lawn with a large playground. Plenty of parking spaces available. Breakfast was plentiful, you could also reorder. Wishes were gladly fulfilled. The only disadvantage, the rooms face the front, sometimes a bit noisy. Our room was super furnished, newly renovated and super clean. But the food travels all out again. Evenings with a large menu, music in the wonderful beer garden. Google it, go there, have fun ... 😀😀😀 ICKE

The Aulinger family is in good hands. We had the family suite which is very well decorated and comfortable. The restaurant, i.e. restaurant, is also highly recommended. The staff is nice, courteous and helpful. We were glad to have spontaneously found such a good house and hope that our paths will lead us to Schöfweg again.

It is simply the best inn in the region. Everything fits. Ambience, staff and the good food.

We always like to come here! The food is delicious, big portions and fair prices. The service staff is very friendly and really good. Even if a lot is going on, you will be served the same and you do not have to wait long for food. Outside you can sit nicely in the small beer garden. Really recommended!

A very nice restaurant, well maintained and not overloaded. The menu is clear, and regional. (Which I find very nice) The food came after a reasonable time, so you could keep a nice chat. To the staff I can only say, attentive, and very polite. (We were there with our friend's dog, and Cleo got a cup of water without asking.) That's attention.) A little joke here and there, that relaxes. I can absolutely recommend the kitchen without hesitation. (Keep it up) I had a knuckle, and my wife a piglet. We were recently in the Gasthof zum Sonnenwald and have dinner there. We got a seat easily without prior reservation. I ate the grill plate with beef tenderloin, pork loin, surf meat and fries for 12,80 €. Definitely one of the best grills I have eaten so far - absolutely recommendable. Also the accompanying side salad was very good. I have drunk a 0,5l Hefeweizen for 3,20 €. The food was served very quickly and the staff was attentive and very friendly. Conclusion: Highly recommended!
